A company page is free to create and can try Business free for 14 days. Without Business after that, a company keeps 1 active project, 3 people held or booked at once, a team of 2 and 1 post a week.

Questions
Do I need Pro to get booked?
No. On Free, studios find you, hold you and book you. Pro shows every request the moment it arrives, opens your whole calendar and shows all your films.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
You go to Free. Nothing is deleted — extra films, positions and awards stay saved and come back the moment you pick Pro.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Start it from the Plans page or from any Pro feature — 14 days, once, no card. You only enter a card when you pick Pro or Business.
What's “one request at a time”?
On Free you see one hold or booking request. If another one arrives while the first is waiting, it stays hidden for up to 24 hours. Pro shows every request as it arrives.
Who pays Business?
The company's Owner or an Admin, once for the whole team — no seat limit. Crew keep their own Free or Pro plan.
Does Demo Reel take a cut of my rate?
No. Demo Reel never handles payments between crew and companies — no fees, no commission. Invoices go straight from you to the company.
Can I upgrade to Pro before my trial ends?
Yes. Pick Pro any time during the trial. You keep the free days, and the first charge comes on the day the trial ends.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, any time, in Account → Plan & payment or on the Plans page. Paying yearly saves about 2 months.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in Account → Plan & payment or on the Plans page. Monthly stops at the end of the month you paid for; yearly runs to the end of the year you paid for.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Your card never touches our servers.
Is my data safe?
Messages are stored encrypted, and two-step login is free on every plan. We never store tax IDs, Social Security numbers, bank details or card numbers — cards are handled by Stripe.
